By using the BearLine VPN application ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BearLine VPN provides an anonymous VPN tunnel service for Android devices. Registration requires no email or password — you receive a unique Bear-ID that serves as your only account identifier.

3. Your Account

Your Bear-ID is the sole means of accessing your account. We cannot recover it if lost — keep it safe.
You are responsible for all activity under your Bear-ID.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
Creating multiple accounts to abuse free tier limits is prohibited.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

Engage in any illegal activity
Distribute malware, spam, or conduct network attacks
Harass, threaten, or harm other people
Violate the intellectual property rights of others
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or networks
Generate or distribute child sexual abuse material (CSAM)

Violation of these rules will result in immediate account termination.

5. Free Tier and Subscriptions

A free subscription is available with limited bandwidth and speed.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any plan with reasonable advance notice.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BearLine VPN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account by contacting support@bearline.net.

9. Changes to Terms

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
