Delete Your BearLine VPN Account
You can permanently delete your BearLine VPN account at any time. Please read the information below before submitting a deletion request.
What Will Be Deleted
Upon account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed from our servers:
- Your account and all associated authentication data
- Your Bear-ID (format: BEAR-XXXX-XXXX)
- All authentication tokens issued for your account
- Your subscription data and access to VPN services
How to Request Account Deletion
To delete your account, send an email to our support team:
- Compose an email to support@bearline.net
- Use the subject line: Delete My Account
- Include your Bear-ID (format: BEAR-XXXX-XXXX) in the message body. You can find your Bear-ID in the BearLine VPN app.
Processing Time
We will process your deletion request within 30 days of receiving it. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.
Important: Bear-ID Cannot Be Recovered
Once your account is deleted, your Bear-ID is permanently removed and cannot be restored. You will not be able to recover access to your previous subscription or any associated data. If you wish to use BearLine VPN again, you will need to create a new account with a new Bear-ID.
